In July, Saudi Arabia’s crude oil exports dropped to their lowest in four months, as reported by the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) on Monday.

The oil exports from the largest global oil supplier decreased to 5.994 million barrels per day from June’s 6.141 million bpd, marking the lowest since March 2025.

For July, Saudi Arabia’s crude production stood at 9.201 million bpd, a decline from June’s 9.752 million bpd.

Crude processing by Saudi refineries increased by about 10%, reaching 2.978 million bpd, compared to June’s 2.703 million bpd, while direct crude burning dropped by 674,000 bpd to 608,000 bpd, according to the data.

Saudi Arabia, along with other OPEC nations, submits monthly export data to JODI, which publishes it online.

This month, eight OPEC+ countries agreed on a modest rise in oil production by 137,000 bpd in October, significantly less than the increases of about 555,000 bpd for September and August, and 411,000 bpd in July and June.

The eight countries include Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman.

The International Energy Agency anticipates a faster rise in global oil supply this year, with a potential surplus in 2026 due to increased output by OPEC+ members and growing supply from non-OPEC+ sources.
