Dr. Damir Mukhetdinov, the President of the Moscow Islamic Institute and a doctorate holder in theology, explained that the memorandum was signed by Dr. Saleh bin Ali Al-Aqla, the President of the university, on the Saudi side. He pointed out that the recent document signed by prestigious universities in Russia and the Arab world embodies mutual trust and promising potential for cooperation.
The agreement aims to exchange expertise in scientific and educational fields, exchange teaching staff and students, in addition to academic programs. It also emphasizes the readiness for mutual participation in conferences and other scientific events.
