The media reported, citing an American official and Israeli officials: “Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer is scheduled to meet in Paris tonight with Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Shaybani and the American envoy to Syria, Tom Barak, to discuss security arrangements on the border between the two countries.”
Earlier, Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Shaybani confirmed that there is no intention to carry out any attacks against it, emphasizing that “the goal of the new Syrian government is solely to build Syria.”
Barak posted a new tweet on his ‘X’ account, stating: “We achieved the goal of the meeting with the Syrians and Israelis in Paris… the Syrians and Israelis confirmed their commitment to continue de-escalation efforts.”
