Trump Issues Final Warning to Hamas

On Sunday, Donald Trump issued a warning to ‘Hamas,’ describing it as the ‘final warning,’ demanding the release of all hostages. The movement responded by welcoming any efforts to stop the war on the sector, noting that it received ideas from Americans regarding a ceasefire as part of a comprehensive agreement. According to the ‘Times of Israel,’ Tel Aviv previously rejected similar statements from ‘Hamas,’ accusing the movement of not negotiating to reach a solution and setting unrealistic and unattainable conditions. The newspaper pointed out that the current discussion revolves around the content of the proposed truce and the stance of both ‘Hamas’ and Israel, particularly regarding the release of all hostages, the withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, and the formation of a Palestinian committee to manage the sector. US President Donald Trump confirmed that reaching an agreement on the Gaza sector could happen very soon, mentioning the release of all Israelis in the sector. Trump told reporters: ‘I think we will get an agreement on Gaza very soon.’ He continued: ‘It is a very big problem, and we want to solve it for the Middle East and for everyone.’ From October 7, 2023, to September 8 of this year, the war on Gaza resulted in the death of about 64,000 Palestinians, in addition to about 163,000 injuries, according to data from the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza.
