Trump told Fox News on Friday, “We will look into the Soros issue because I believe it is a matter related to the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act against him and others. This is more than just protests; this is real incitement,” adding that the protesters “are paid for their profession by Soros and others.” Trump did not clarify whether the potential investigation would target Soros alone or include his entire family network.

In August, Trump called for Soros and his son Alexander Soros to be charged under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act for allegedly inciting violent protests across the country. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said that “Soros and his group of psychopaths have caused significant damage” to the United States.

Earlier, in June, the United States witnessed “No Kings” demonstrations against Trump, coinciding with a military parade in Washington, D.C., and celebrations of Trump’s 79th birthday. Soros’s Open Society Foundations network is repeatedly accused of using its influence to sway elections and undermine national governments worldwide.
