United Nations – Sputnik. In early September, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he would host the G20 summit next year at Trump National Doral near Miami. Lukash said in an interview on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly: “This will depend on the course of events and the state of our relations, including with the United States.” The envoy pointed out that Lukash stated yesterday that the issue of Russia’s representation at the G20 summit to be held in South Africa is being resolved, and Russian President Vladimir Putin will participate in it.
Lukash said, “This issue is still being resolved, and the Russian president attaches great importance to the G20 Summit, and I hope he will certainly participate in the Johannesburg summit.” She explained that no decision has yet been made regarding the form of participation.
