The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s (Mohre) inspection team also identified other infringements, such as public safety violations and employing unlicensed workers. In collaboration with Mohre, the Ministry of Education, and the emirate’s Department of Economic Development, the Ministry of Higher Education has taken necessary actions against the center and its officials.

The ministry is working with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Digital Government to block the center’s accounts and websites used for promoting its programs.

The center has been fined and closed until the required licenses are obtained. Those responsible face charges from the emirate’s Public Prosecution for operating without a license and advertising unaccredited educational programs.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research reiterated its dedication to safeguarding students from unlicensed educational operators and ensuring that all UAE institutions comply with accreditation and quality standards.

The Ministry committed to continuously monitoring violators and applying appropriate penalties, as per UAE laws and regulations. This effort aims to reinforce oversight mechanisms for higher education institutions and training centers in the UAE. It emphasized that its proactive oversight and governance frameworks are designed to protect students, guarantee the quality of academic, vocational, and training outcomes, and boost community confidence in the national education system.

The authority advised parents and students to check the licensing and accreditation status of any educational or training institution via its website www.mohesr.gov.ae or by contacting the Customer Happiness Centre at 800511.
