No official announcement has been made by the UAE regarding a visa ban on Bangladeshi nationals, according to a senior official.
Tareq Ahmed, the Ambassador of Bangladesh to the UAE, stated that rumors circulating on social media and some websites lack confirmation from UAE government sources.
Certain online platforms have claimed that the UAE has imposed a visa ban on some countries’ citizens, affecting their ability to acquire work or tourist visas. However, these claims are not supported by any official UAE statement.
Ambassador Ahmed informed Bangladesh’s NTV that the UAE authorities have not released any new instructions about such a ban, deeming the news false.
