The UAE has extradited two global fugitives to France and Belgium, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to fighting organized crime, announced the Ministry of Interior on Friday.
Dubai Police captured the fugitives following Red Notices from the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol).
One detainee is among France’s most wanted for drug trafficking within a criminal network spanning multiple European nations, serving as a primary aide to the network’s leader.
The other detainee is sought by Belgian authorities for drug trafficking and involvement with a criminal group within Belgium.
