The UAE has introduced a new service allowing families to manage all their transactions through a single app, streamlining processes at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security.
The “Resident Family” initiative is part of the “Zero Bureaucracy” program, aimed at enhancing service efficiency, the authority revealed.
