Enhancing the role of technical experts in judicial decisions by allowing courts to engage local or international experts to prepare or review expert reports.

-
To boost procedural accuracy, appellants must include in their appeal brief a statement of the appealed judgment, its date, grounds for appeal, and any requests. Non-compliance renders the appeal inadmissible, ending the practice of completing appeal grounds at the first hearing and reinforcing the seriousness of appeals and adherence to deadlines.

Regarding appeals to the Court of Cassation, the right of appeal now extends to decisions from the Courts of Appeal as well as judgments. Previously limited to judgments, this change broadens judicial review and provides litigants with increased safeguards against significant decisions.
-
The Attorney General now has the authority to file appeals independently or at the request of the Minister of Justice or the head of the local judicial authority, even if parties have not exercised their right to appeal or missed deadlines.
