Putin received Whitkoff and Kushner at the Kremlin on Tuesday, where the main outlines of the American peace plan were discussed, though no final settlement was reached. Both parties agreed to continue working and not disclose details of the session. The Russian delegation included Kirill Dmitriev, Director of the Russian Direct Investment Fund, along with Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov. Before heading to Moscow, the American delegations met with representatives from Ukraine. According to Western media, discussions in Florida included issues such as land exchanges, security guarantees, and the impossibility of Ukraine joining NATO, but no final agreement was reached. Media reports also mentioned that the American delegation planned to visit a European country to meet Vladimir Zelensky after their meeting with Putin, but the meeting was later canceled. Zelensky stated today that preparations are underway for a new meeting between his delegation and representatives of Trump.
