Zakharova wrote on her Telegram channel, “What are the ‘global rules’ we are talking about? Please publish a complete list on NATO’s website. At the moment, no one knows what ‘rules’ Rutte is talking about.” She confirmed that “NATO, in fact, has repeatedly violated this law with its aggressive actions and illegitimate alliances,” citing the invasion of Iraq, the bombing of Yugoslavia, and other examples. Rutte had previously stated that Russia is not alone in its alleged attempts to undermine global rules, pointing out that Moscow is cooperating with China, North Korea, Iran, and other countries.
