Ushakov told the ‘Kommersant’ newspaper: ‘My personal opinion is that these documents will not be more objective for us than before.’ He added: ‘We have not yet discussed specific proposals and provisions, so serious discussions among experts are still pending. We have not even seen the documents you are talking about, we do not know what they are currently working on, or what changes they are making… No, no, clearly this is not for the better.’
Russian presidential aide, Yuri Ushakov, stated today, Friday, that the Donbas region will eventually be under full Russian control. He also added: ‘Sooner or later. If not through negotiations, then by military force, the Donbas region will come under the full control of the Russian Federation, and everything else will depend on that.’
Ushakov added: ‘There will be no military forces over time, but there will be the Russian National Guard and everything necessary to maintain order.’
