The AI Academy has launched early applications for its exclusive Executive Programme for Chief AI Officer (CAIO), serving as a leading regional center for executive education and AI leadership. Unveiled at the Machines Can See 2025 summit, attended by Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, this pioneering programme aims to empower senior executives with the skills and vision necessary to lead the forthcoming AI revolution. Recent studies indicate that 69% of Middle Eastern organizations plan to boost AI investments, underscoring the critical need for adept leadership.

In collaboration with the Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) and Polynome AI Academy, the programme underscores the UAE’s dedication to cultivating future-ready leaders and establishing itself as a global AI hub. It also supports an AI-driven economy projected to contribute over US$96 billion to the UAE’s GDP by 2031, becoming a major national economic driver.

The AI Academy will integrate NVIDIA’s technologies into selected programmes, furthering its mission to enhance AI readiness and practical deployment throughout the region.

Scheduled for November 16, 2025, this intensive two-week programme features 10 advanced modules on AI systems architecture, enterprise deployment, governance, ethics, and public policy. Emphasizing practical application, it prepares leaders to spearhead AI strategies and foster innovation across the MENA region. Participants can also opt for a five-day international module in Europe or the US, broadening their exposure to global innovation ecosystems.

Polynome Group ensures participants have exclusive access to enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and industry insights, positioning The AI Academy’s programme at the nexus of education and execution. With chief AI officers appointed in federal and Dubai government bodies, the programme is pivotal in advancing the UAE Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2031 and the UAE 2031 vision, aiming to place the UAE at the forefront of global AI and digital transformation.

“In today’s rapidly evolving environment, strategic and visionary leadership is crucial for harnessing AI’s full potential responsibly, benefiting both businesses and society,” stated Dr. Tayeb Kamali, chairman of ADSM’s board of trustees. “This programme equips leaders with the foresight, ethical grounding, and practical skills to leverage AI opportunities, reinforcing the UAE’s status as a global technology hub.”

“This programme stands out because it’s crafted by leaders with extensive AI implementation experience,” added Alexander Khanin, founder of Polynome Group. “Participants will gain execution-ready strategies, direct access to enterprise tools, and join a robust global AI leader network.”

The programme features world-class expertise from academia, government, and industry. Professors and researchers from Oxford University, ETH Zurich, Khalifa University, and Carnegie Mellon University provide academic insights, while chief AI officers, technology heads, and executives from top AI firms like NVIDIA, UAE Cybersecurity Council, X, G42, NASA JPL, Mubadala, AMD, e&, and HCLTech offer practical leadership perspectives. This prestigious panel underscores the programme’s global impact on AI strategy and governance.

Graduates join an elite global alumni network of chief AI officers and senior leaders, gaining lifelong access to a community shaping the next decade of AI transformation worldwide.

The Executive Programme for Chief AI Officer is tailored for C-suite executives (CAIOs, CTOs, CIOs, CISOs), public sector advisors, innovation leads, and senior strategy, transformation, and digital executives across private and government sectors. Applications close on October 15, 2025.
