In July 2025, Ajman recorded real estate valuation transactions totaling Dh1.48 billion.
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, stated that July saw 220 real estate valuation transactions, totaling Dh1.48 billion, marking a significant growth of 201% compared to June.
He noted that these valuations spanned commercial, residential, and industrial properties. Commercial properties led with Dh943 million, followed by residential properties at Dh198 million, and industrial properties at Dh336 million.
The Director-General highlighted that the July report comprised personal, court, and institutional valuations, as well as those related to Golden Residency permits for investors, which included 195 transactions with a total value exceeding Dh1.3 billion, showing a remarkable 273% increase.
