Dubai Police Enhances Training for National Jobseekers

The training session was part of an agreement between the two entities aimed at enhancing the skills of national jobseekers to help them secure employment.

“We should all work to assist nationals in finding jobs that align with their specializations and academic qualifications,” stated Major Maher Butti Al Suweidi, Director of the Human Resources Investment Department at the General Department of Human Resources, Dubai Police.

He emphasized that the department is committed to supporting nationals by offering necessary training courses.

During the 10-day training sessions, participants will receive instruction in various essential administrative skills.

“This is an intensive training session focused on administrative skills. We aim to impart the necessary skills in the shortest time possible across different areas, including time management, customer interaction, report writing, decision-making, and overcoming potential obstacles and problems,” he explained.

Isa Ali Al Zaabi, Director of Tanmia, Dubai Office, praised Dubai Police for its dedication to training nationals and assisting them in finding appropriate jobs. Additionally, the force provides national jobseekers with opportunities that match their academic credentials and specializations.

“Dubai Police is a pioneering department in addressing unemployment among nationals,” he noted, adding that the force collaborates with Tanmia to provide vacancies as per its annual plan to ensure the placement of suitable national candidates.

Tanmia has played a vital role in securing employment for nationals in various government and private institutions. It also monitors the performance of those employed to help further develop their skills, offer necessary guidance, and resolve any issues.
