Beit Beirut Museum Hosts Art Exhibition

The opening ceremony was held at the “Beit Beirut” museum, attended by a notable presence of cultural, social, media personalities, and a select group of visual artists and art lovers. Attendees praised the high artistic level of the exhibition, which truly embodies its theme, presenting Lebanon as a rich canvas full of endless colors and details. It is noted that the exhibition continues to welcome visitors at “Beit Beirut”, which is considered a symbol of the city’s memory and resilience. This artistic event is a continuation of the long journey of Lebanese visual arts, which has always been a pioneer in the Arab world.

This museum was built to commemorate the city’s history after the end of the civil war and is famous for being the first museum to document the events of the civil war in detail, as it was established in homes of families who suffered from the war. Visitors to the museum will find that it consists of two buildings, each with four floors connected by decorated and adorned columns, while from the outside, it is surrounded by a vast lush garden containing many large leafy trees and a collection of unique and diverse plants.
