China Opens World’s Highest Bridge

The night show displays scenes of a waterfall emerging from the bridge walls, forming fish swimming outside the waterfall. China announced the opening of the “Huaguang” bridge over the “Guizhou” valley, which is the highest in the world with a height of 625 meters from the valley floor, surpassing the “Duge” bridge (565 meters) located in the same province. Vehicles are scheduled to cross the new bridge in the coming days, adding to the list of mega-engineering projects that enhance China’s position in global infrastructure.
