Abdullah said in an interview with ‘Sputnik’ radio: ‘The convening of the summit confirms China’s continued momentum with its allies towards establishing a multipolar world order, which is also adopted by Moscow.’ He added: ‘The countries gathered in Shanghai have no alternative but to cooperate and expand commonalities to confront the unprecedented American aggression on the world.’

Regarding the Russian-Chinese summit, Abdullah confirmed that ‘China has a limitless strategic partnership with Russia.’ He explained that ‘what unites Russia, China, and India are the pressures on these countries, which have particularly affected India, pushing it towards strengthening its cooperation with Moscow.’

Abdullah observed that the meeting between the Russian and Iranian presidents on the sidelines of the summit confirms ‘the strength of relations between the two parties and the continuation of their communication, given Iran’s position as an old ally and based on the principle of the right of countries to invest their capabilities away from external interventions.’
