Curious about the future of air travel? Attend the Dubai Airshow 2025 from November 17-21 at Dubai World Central (DWC) to explore a luxurious vertiport lounge and glimpse tomorrow’s travel innovations.
Vertiports are specialized zones for flying taxi operations, set to launch early next year. Earlier this year, Dubai unveiled its first commercial vertiport, Dubai International Vertiport (DXV).
Dubai Airshow 2025 will host over 1,500 global exhibitors and feature more than 200 aircraft. The event will highlight the upcoming launch of electric flying taxi services, organizers announced Thursday, marking it as a platform to introduce aircraft, infrastructure, and regulations poised to transform travel.

Anthony Khoury, UAE general manager at Joby Aviation, remarked, “The Dubai Airshow’s emphasis on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) underscores the UAE’s pioneering role in the aviation sector. The region’s drive and vision align with the global push for quieter, cleaner, and faster air travel.”
“We are excited to display our eVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) technology at the Dubai Airshow through our brand Autocraft, a K2 subsidiary based in Abu Dhabi,” stated Waleed Alblooshi, K2’s director of corporate communications.
“In addition to revealing our eVTOL model, we’re offering a unique AAM experience at our stand, where visitors can explore a first-class lounge–style vertiport. We are dedicated to mass-producing our eVTOLs in Abu Dhabi, positioning the UAE as a leader in advanced aviation manufacturing,” he added.

The Dubai Airshow will also feature newcomers to the AAM scene, including Sarla Aviation from India and TransFuture Aviation from China. Organizers noted their participation reflects the sector’s growing interest and expansion.
Archer Aviation and Joby Aviation will present their latest aircraft innovations and business strategies, while exhibitors like Autocraft, Eanan, and WeFly will showcase technologies propelling their growth.
