Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has initiated the phased roll-out of a workforce productivity measurement system for all government entities in the emirate.
This system encompasses all employees within government entities as well as personnel from private companies and institutions contracted by these entities to deliver services.
The objectives of the Dubai government workforce productivity system are:

To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of government services

To ensure sustainable use of government resources

To assess the cost-effectiveness of financial resources allocated to human resources.
The directive also outlines the implementation phases of the system and delineates the roles and responsibilities of the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Dubai, the Dubai Human Resources Department, and the Dubai Digital Authority.
