Dubai International Chamber, part of the trio of chambers under Dubai Chambers, reported that in H1 2025, 58% of the multinational companies (MNCs) it drew to Dubai were from Asia. This underscores Dubai’s rising prominence as a key regional and global investment hub for corporations.
Europe followed, contributing 16.1% of the MNCs attracted by the chamber over the six months. Meanwhile, the Middle East and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) made up 12.9%, with Africa and the Americas each contributing 6.5%.
For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Asia also led, representing 49.1% of those the chamber attracted in H1 2025. The Middle East and CIS experienced significant growth, accounting for 22.3% of the SMEs, followed by Africa at 11.6%, Europe at 9.8%, and the Americas at 7.1%.
The Dubai International Chamber saw a 138% year-on-year increase in the number of companies—both MNCs and SMEs—that it attracted to the city in the first half of the year.
