The Sputnik agency observed the continued increase in public attendance day after day at the pavilions, with many agreements signed over the past few days, and expectations for more agreements and cooperation protocols between countries on the third day. The exhibition is seen as a turning point in armament operations in the region, especially in the African continent, which is considered a main hub for the continent and a launch point for arming the armies of many African countries with the latest weapons.

Egypt is hosting “EDEX 2025” in its fourth edition from December 1 to 4 of this year. The exhibition is organized at the Egypt International Exhibition Center under the patronage of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and it is considered the largest and most important session bringing together defense sector leaders from around the world.

The exhibition welcomes about 40,000 global and local visitors, and official delegations from more than 100 countries, while the number of companies showcasing their products at the exhibition reaches more than 400 companies specialized in defense industries from 86 countries.
