Al-Farjani added in his conversation with ‘Sputnik’ that the Egyptian leadership called in 2015 for the establishment of a ‘joint Arab force’ led by Cairo, considering it the largest army and country in the region. However, subsequent steps were not taken due to certain considerations that prevented its formation at that time and some countries’ failure to realize the seriousness of the situation.
Al-Farjani emphasized the necessity of forming a ‘joint Arab force’ led by Egypt, arming it with the latest weapons and military arsenals, and working on the localization and manufacturing of weapons and equipment that contribute to preserving Arab sovereignty and the national security of the Middle East.
Al-Farjani asserted that stopping Israeli aggression in the region will only be achieved by making it clear to other parties that confrontation will be difficult, forcing the occupation to reconsider all calculations.
He continued: ‘The Palestinian right is inalienable and not a grant from Netanyahu or anyone else, nor can it be taken away or eliminated. As the Palestinian people hold on to their land and rights, it has become imperative for the peoples of the world to support them and press for the cessation of Palestinian war crimes.’
The Egyptian parliamentarian sent a message to all parliaments of the world, urging them to move and take humanitarian and legal stances to stop genocide and condemn the crimes committed by Israel. He called on governments that have not recognized the Palestinian state to take action now in support of Palestinian rights.
Al-Farjani warned of the collapse of the credibility of international institutions, given the inability to use the tools and mechanisms provided by these institutions to protect peoples and countries, as is happening in Palestine. He confirmed that the continuation of the situation would entrench the principle of ‘law of force,’ meaning that the world will face major disasters in the coming decades, and it will not stop at Gaza alone.

– Participation in securing relief and humanitarian aid operations, and protecting civilians in emergencies resulting from armed conflicts, or in the event of natural disasters that require it, as well as protecting and securing maritime, land, and air transport lines to maintain Arab national security and combat piracy and terrorism, and search and rescue operations, alongside any other tasks decided by the Defense Council.
The Israeli army said in a statement last Tuesday: ‘The Defense Forces and the Shin Bet, using the Air Force, precisely targeted the leadership of Hamas.’
The Israeli army continued in its statement: ‘The army and the Shin Bet will continue to act decisively until the elimination of the Hamas organization responsible for October 7.’
Earlier, the Israeli Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, threatened amidst the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
