This year introduces a new subcategory, ‘Labour Accommodations,’ to promote sustainable and recreational worker initiatives, especially during national and Eid holidays.

MoHRE stated, “These activities enhance productivity, promote positive values, and strengthen workers’ sense of belonging.”

“These workers are vital to a society built on compassion, loyalty, and unity, while ensuring adherence to laws that safeguard workers’ rights and improve their well-being,” MoHRE added.

The Emirates Labour Market Award is annually sponsored by Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court.
