Moza Saeed bin Ahmed Al-Otaiba, the founder and executive director of Al-Otaiba Inmaa Group, highlighted that over the past fifty years, Emirati women have achieved remarkable success, reaching top positions in numerous public and private sectors. They have become crucial contributors to sustainable development, supported by wise leadership that trusts in their creativity, innovation, and ability to overcome challenges.

In celebration of Emirati Women’s Day on August 28, she commended Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak (Mother of the Emirates) for her pivotal role. As President of the General Women’s Federation and other key organizations, she has encouraged women to excel across various fields and attain top positions, continuously supporting Emirati women’s achievements.

She mentioned that the theme “Hand in hand we celebrate fifty years” has been chosen for Emirati Women’s Day 2025, honoring the federation’s significant role in empowering women. This support has enabled them to achieve the successes we see today.

Moza remarked: “Under the wise leadership of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, along with other UAE rulers, Emirati women have reached roles such as chairwomen of the Federal National Council, ministers, ambassadors, and board members of major companies. They contribute significantly to education, social, and economic sectors, aiding national development.”

Moza stressed the importance of women continuing their path of success by excelling in various roles and entering advanced sectors like technology, AI, and digital innovation, which are crucial for the UAE’s regional and global leadership.

Concluding, Moza stated that celebrating this occasion underscores Emirati women’s capability and impact in various fields. She emphasized the need to support Emirati entrepreneurs in launching projects in the private sector, especially in technology and digital transformation, aligning with economic progress.
