The Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, in coordination with the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Jordanian Army, dispatched a convoy of aid loaded with prefabricated homes, medical supplies, and medicines to meet urgent health needs in several areas. Hussein Al-Shibli, the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Hashemite Charity Organization, pointed out that cooperation was established with both the Hand-in-Hand Organization, MedGlobal, and Hikma Pharmaceuticals Jordan to secure these donations. These were distributed to the rightful recipients by the Syrian Red Crescent in the As-Suwayda Governorate and in displacement shelters in Daraa, for those affected by the difficult humanitarian conditions resulting from the unfortunate events witnessed in As-Suwayda Governorate, according to Jordanian news (Petra).
It should be noted that on September 11, 2025, Jordan and Qatar dispatched a humanitarian aid convoy as part of a joint Arab effort to support Syria in facing the conditions left by the unfortunate events in the governorate. Violent clashes had erupted in As-Suwayda Governorate in the south of the country on July 13, 2025, and continued for several days, resulting in the death of hundreds of civilians and military personnel. This was followed by a military campaign announcement from Syrian government forces to take control of the city.
