Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFAI) (“Faraday Future,” “FF,” or “the Company”), a leading global intelligent electric mobility company based in California, recently hosted a co-creation Delivery Ceremony in the UAE. This event marked the first global ownership by the soccer legend Andrés Iniesta, who became the FX Super One’s inaugural global owner and co-creation Officer. In attendance were FF Global co-CEO Matthias Aydt, FF Middle East head Tin Mok, and Morris Gao, head of UES and Government Affairs for FF Middle East.
“Being the first global owner and co-creation officer of FX Super One is an honor. It symbolizes not just owning a top-tier EAI-MPV but also stepping into the new era of AI mobility early. I anticipate FX Super One becoming a key model in the Middle East’s MPV market and a pioneer in AI-driven eco-friendly mobility,” Iniesta expressed.
Tin Mok commented: “Delivering to Iniesta is of special importance. It signifies the start of FX Super One deliveries in the UAE and establishes a strong base for our upcoming sales initiatives. Meanwhile, we are preparing for the first US pre-production vehicle to be completed by the end of the year.”
FF and FX plan to grow their co-creation projects with Iniesta, aiming to expedite the Middle East’s shift to the new era of EAI MPV mobility. Officially launched in Dubai on October 28, the FX Super One will eventually offer two powertrain options: initially the AIHER, followed by the battery electric (AIEV), with four editions available: GOAT, Max, Pro, and Standard. The FX Super One AIHER Max, the first model in the Middle East, is priced at Dh309,000 (around $84,000). Within 48 hours post-launch, the company secured three non-binding, non-refundable paid preorders totaling over 200 units.
“Launching FX Super One deliveries in the Middle East is a critical milestone for FF and FX’s global strategy,” stated Matthias Aydt. “It marks our transition in the UAE from operational to revenue phases, aligning FF and FX’s Global Automotive Bridge Strategy in the Middle East, and initiating a new phase in our Middle East Three-Pole strategy.”
Founded in 2014, the Company aims to revolutionize the automotive industry by offering a user-centric, tech-forward, and intelligent driving experience. Faraday Future’s flagship model, the FF91, embodies their vision for luxury, innovation, and performance. The FX strategy focuses on introducing mass production models with cutting-edge luxury technology akin to the FF91, targeting a broader market with affordable pricing.
