He explained on the ‘X’ platform that Iran has long warned that the West’s hysteria about the spread of nuclear weapons in the region is ‘completely fabricated.’ He added that the issue, from the Western perspective, is not about the existence or expansion of nuclear arsenals, but about who is allowed to advance scientifically, even within peaceful programs.
He emphasized that ‘the clear expansion of the only nuclear arsenal in the region, namely the one held by Israel, is met with complete silence from the West, despite its involvement in genocide.’
Iranian Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, concluded by asserting that America’s and the three European countries’ denial does not change the fact that their silence undermines their credibility in the issue of non-proliferation.
