In a television interview, Bezhkian confirmed that “America and Israel are working to overthrow the regime and divide Iran,” noting that “these parties raise the slogan of defending human rights while continuing to kill women and children in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon.” The Iranian president also emphasized that “the mechanism for reactivating sanctions is important, and we do not claim that the sanctions on Tehran are ineffective.” Previously, Iranian President Masoud Bezhkian warned last Monday against inciting sedition within Iran or among Muslims, considering it serves Israel and America. He stressed that “internal and regional unity and solidarity are the most important factors in protecting the country from the threats and attacks of enemies.” The Iranian president also called on Muslims to cooperate and unite against enemies, emphasizing that “serving the people requires utilizing all competencies and joining forces.”
