The Israeli channel ’12’ quoted a participant in the negotiations as saying that the relatives of the captives were informed about the possibility of Israel crossing its ‘red lines’ if Hamas agrees to a partial agreement. The Israeli channel stated that Israel has not yet received any draft from the mediators, while Egypt and Qatar are trying to speed up the process. This comes after a statement from the Prime Minister’s office on Saturday, confirming that Israel is only seeking a comprehensive agreement that includes the release of all hostages at once, following reports of Hamas’s willingness. This attempt aims to reach this announcement within a month, possibly in October, to avoid the need to expand the military operation in Gaza, according to the same source. The channel pointed out that sources in the security establishment and the head of the National Security Council, Tzachi Hanegbi, say that if there is an opportunity to release ten live hostages and between 15 and 18 deceased hostages, it should not be risked, even if it requires a 60-day ceasefire.
