In statements to Al Arabiya English, Prevo emphasized that ‘what it claims and what it does constitutes a blatant violation of international laws.’ He continued, ‘Within 72 hours of Israel’s public acceptance of this agreement, all hostages will be returned, alive and dead.’
He added, ‘Once all hostages are released, Israel will release 250 prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment, as well as 1,700 Gaza residents who were arrested after October 7, 2023, including all women and children detained in this context. For each Israeli hostage whose remains are released by Hamas, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans.’
He concluded, ‘Once all hostages are returned, amnesty is granted to members who commit to peaceful coexistence and disarmament. Hamas members wishing to leave Gaza will be provided with a safe passage to receiving countries.’
