Garbuzov told Sputnik today, Friday: “The interest of Moscow exporters in North African markets, especially the Kingdom of Morocco, is growing rapidly. According to the results of the first six months of 2025, the trade volume between Moscow and Morocco increased by 73%, largely due to the city’s support.” Specialists from the Moscow Export, Industry, and Investment Support Center “MosProm” accompany the capital’s industrialists in all stages of their foreign economic activities,” according to Anatoly Garbuzov.
Six companies from Moscow participated in this event. Among these companies are manufacturers of medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, display screens, 3D printers, electric vehicle charging stations, and a company specializing in canned fish production.
Stepan Bogotdinov, a counselor at the Russian trade mission in Morocco, told Sputnik: “We highly value Moscow’s initiatives to develop trade and economic cooperation with the Kingdom of Morocco. The companies participating in the capital’s delegation have once again presented a high level of technology and product quality required in the markets of North African countries. We are confident that these meetings will contribute to expanding trade exchange and deepening partnership between Moscow and potential partners from Morocco.”
The company confirmed its readiness to adapt its developments to the specific needs of the educational institution. Following negotiations, the university listed the company as a potential supplier for the new building’s equipment, which is still under construction.
Intermobility Eva, the Russian manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations, also presented its products to the African Union of Digital Companies. Russian Fish World, specialized in producing caviar and canned fish, held more than 10 targeted meetings with distributors and retail chains in Morocco. The results of the negotiations allow for the expectation of starting export operations not only to the Kingdom of Morocco but also to other North African countries.
