RRS International Development has officially commenced construction on the eagerly awaited NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments, marking a significant step forward for this highly sought-after project.
The $100 million venture, in partnership with Minor Hotels, introduces the prestigious NH Collection Hotels & Resorts brand to Al Marjan Island for the first time, following the brand’s successful initial residential offering at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Designed by RRS and brought to life by Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers, the wave-inspired architecture captures the ocean’s motion, connecting guests with both desert and sea. Inside, vibrant interiors by B8 Architectural Prospective Drawings Services LLC feature lush greenery and open spaces, creating a refreshing retreat. The project focuses on smart design and lifestyle-driven features.
HMK Engineering Consultants is the Architect of Record, collaborating with Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineers as the lead consultant. Innovate Project Development LLC oversees project management, while Atlas Star Piling Foundation LLC handles the enabling works. These partnerships ensure the NH Collection Ras Al Khaimah Al Marjan Island Hotel & Apartments meet the highest quality standards and are completed on time.
