The Palestinian presidency condemned the statements of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding the “Greater Israel vision”, considering these statements as contrary to international legitimacy resolutions and international law, and affecting the sovereignty of states and the security and stability of the region. The Palestinian presidency deemed these statements from the head of the occupation government as rejected and condemned, seeing them as a provocation and dangerous escalation affecting the security and stability of the region due to the expansionist colonial policy governing the state of occupation and its refusal to respect the sovereignty of states and international agreements regulating relations between these states.
Hamas affirmed that these fascist statements call for clear Arab positions, primarily taking serious steps to support the resilience of our people in Palestine, support our people in Gaza, cut relations and withdraw ambassadors from this fascist entity, and halt all humiliating normalization steps, uniting behind the option of confronting the occupation and countering its plans.
The Kingdom emphasized the historical and legal right of the brotherly Palestinian people to establish their independent state with sovereignty over their land based on relevant international laws, and warned the international community against the Israeli occupation’s persistent blatant violations that undermine the foundations of international legitimacy, blatantly infringe upon the sovereignty of states, and threaten security and peace regionally and globally.
The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, Wednesday, condemned the Israeli Prime Minister’s statements regarding the so-called “Greater Israel vision” and rejected them as a provocative and dangerous escalation, a threat to the sovereignty of states, and a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter. It added that these statements and practices reflect the crisis situation of the Israeli occupation government and coincide with its international isolation amidst its continued aggression on Gaza and the occupied West Bank.
Qatar also denounced the Israeli Prime Minister’s statements regarding the so-called “Greater Israel vision”, considering them an extension of the occupation’s approach based on arrogance and fueling crises and conflicts, a blatant infringement on the sovereignty of states, international law, the United Nations Charter, and resolutions of international legitimacy. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the false Israeli claims and absurd inciting statements will not detract from the legitimate rights of Arab states and peoples, stressing in this context the necessity of international community solidarity to confront these provocations that expose the region to more violence and chaos.
It revealed that it considers these statements as a violation of the sovereignty of Arab states and an attempt to undermine security and stability in the region, representing a dangerous threat to collective Arab national security and a blatant challenge to international law and the principles of international legitimacy. Furthermore, Netanyahu’s statements reflect expansionist and aggressive intentions that cannot be accepted or tolerated, revealing an extremist mindset steeped in colonial delusions.
Earlier, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in an interview with the Israeli Channel “I24 News” that he feels he is on a “historical and spiritual mission” and is “strongly tied to the vision of Greater Israel”. In June 1967, Israel occupied Palestinian territories including East Jerusalem and the West Bank, as well as the Sinai Peninsula in Egypt and the Syrian Golan Heights. Last January, a page affiliated with the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs published an alleged map including parts of the occupied Palestinian land, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Egypt.
