In addition, Parkin plans to construct four multi-storey car parks over the next two years, as announced by the company.
During the second quarter of this year, Parkin reported record revenues of Dh320 million, representing a 56% increase from the same period in 2024.

Parkin revealed that their EBITDA rose by 41% to Dh189.3 million, with net profit increasing by 56% compared to Q2 2024.
“Our record Q2 results highlight Parkin’s commitment to revolutionizing Dubai’s urban mobility with smart, efficient, and customer-centric parking solutions,” said Eng Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin.
He mentioned that the company’s substantial revenue growth was fueled by the successful implementation of a “variable parking tariff, increased seasonal card sales, and enhanced enforcement.”
Expansion of Parking Spaces
By the close of Q2, Parkin managed 211,500 parking spaces, marking a 6% rise from Q2 2024’s 200,400. Public parking spaces expanded by 11,700 to 188,700 spaces, a 7% increase, with significant additions in Zone C (7,800 on-street spaces) and Zone D (3,800 off-street spaces). From year-end 2024 to Q2 2025, a total of 4,700 new public parking spaces were added.
The introduction of Dubai’s variable parking tariff in April 2025 reclassified public spaces into Standard Parking (109,000 spaces) and Premium Parking (79,700 spaces). The Dh25 hourly tariff applies only during major events.
Developer parking decreased slightly to 19,600 spaces due to planned phase-outs at Al Sufouh, although new spaces were added in Zone W, launched in April. Multi-story parking capacity remained unchanged at 3,200 spaces.
Growth in Parking Transactions
Total parking transactions rose 15% year-on-year to 32.9 million. Public parking was the primary driver, with Zone C transactions increasing by 17% to 20 million, and Zone D rising by 7% to 3.3 million.
Transactions in developer parking soared by 35% despite fewer spaces, owing to higher utilization rates. Multi-story car parking transactions remained steady year-on-year at 3.2k in Q2 2025. After the period ended, the renovated Al Rigga MSCP reopened in July 2025, providing access to 440 spaces, featuring advanced barrierless, ticketless technology.
