The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has announced a partial closure of a major road and its connecting route at Al Badea Bridge on Emirates Road heading towards Sharjah.
This closure will start at 1am on Saturday, August 23, and will last until 5am on Monday, August 25.
During this time, traffic will be redirected through the Al Siyouh Suburb Tunnel towards Maliha Eastern Road. View the affected area below:
This closure is part of the ongoing construction for the temporary bridge of the Etihad Rail Project.
Authorities apologize for any inconvenience and urge drivers to cooperate to maintain smooth traffic flow.
