Peskov told reporters: “As you know, during the last meeting of the delegations in Istanbul, proposals were made to form working groups to discuss all avenues in the main areas.”
Peskov added: “Now there is a pause. This pause is mainly due to the Kyiv regime’s reluctance to continue this dialogue.”
Peskov commented on the possibility of supplying Ukraine with ‘Tomahawk’ missiles, stating that there is no magic solution capable of changing the situation on the battlefronts in Kyiv at present.
Peskov pointed out that the Kremlin listened to statements from US Vice President J.D. Vance and US Presidential Envoy Keith Kellogg regarding the possibility of supplying Ukraine with ‘Tomahawk’ missiles.
He said: “There is no magic solution capable of justifying the situation on the battlefronts at present. There is no magic weapon for the Kyiv regime. Whether it’s ‘Tomahawk’ missiles or other missiles, they will not be able to change the situation.”
