President Putin dedicated a significant portion of his speech to the economic aspect in Russia and the prospects for developing infrastructure and the economy in the country’s Far East. He also addressed the issue of the Ukrainian crisis and relations with major powers such as the United States and China.
The 10th Eastern Economic Forum is being held from September 3 to 6 in Vladivostok at the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University.
