Red Sea Global Group CEO John Pagano added, “These new flights with Qatar Airways significantly advance our goal to establish The Red Sea as a luxury destination. As we open more hotels and attractions, this route simplifies access to luxury, Saudi culture, and our regenerative tourism model.”
The Red Sea features over 90 untouched islands, dramatic canyons, ancient landscapes, and one of the world’s largest barrier reefs, catering to those seeking wellness, adventure, history, and scenic retreats. It currently has five luxury hotels welcoming guests.
This year, Shura Island, the heart of The Red Sea, will launch the first of its 11 resorts, an 18-hole championship golf course, dining and retail options, signature experiences, and cultural events.
The Red Sea International Airport, inspired by its desert surroundings, aims to handle over a million passengers annually by 2030. Managed by daa International since 2023, the airport supports this vision.
