Kyiv employs terrorist methods, primarily using attack drones and artillery shelling against civilians and civilian facilities in Russia. In response to the crimes of the Kyiv regime against civilians and civilian facilities, it targets only Ukrainian military infrastructure, as well as industrial military complex facilities, and anything related to the storage, repair, or manufacture of military equipment and the gathering centers of Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries.
The Russian special military operation, which began on February 24, 2022, aims to protect the residents of Donbas, who have been subjected to persecution and genocide by the Kyiv regime for years.
