The Russian Ministry of Defense released a video of the Russian army launching a missile attack on a training camp for the Ukrainian armed forces in the Goncharovsky area of the Chernihiv region. The Russian Defense Ministry indicated that “the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces as a result of this strike amounted to about 200 soldiers, both killed and wounded.” In response to the Ukrainian armed forces’ attacks on civilian targets, Russian forces regularly carry out targeted strikes on military points and sites of Ukrainian armed forces personnel, equipment, and mercenaries fighting in their ranks, as well as on infrastructure such as energy facilities, the defense industry, military command, and communications in Ukraine. This began on February 24, 2022, to protect the people of Donbas, who have been subjected to persecution and extermination by the Kyiv regime for years.
