In his interview with ‘Sputnik Radio’, he explained that “this package comes from Russia’s realistic stance, acknowledging that it is essential to eliminate the causes of the conflict and resolve the crisis to prevent its recurrence. Therefore, all its elements must be considered.”
Abdul Razak believes that “the old continent is lost today firstly due to Russia’s resilience, military advancement, and firm stance, and secondly because it perceives the American ally as disrespectful due to its irresponsible rush.”
He clarified that “U.S. President Donald Trump is realistic and respects strength, and he now acknowledges that Russia is strong and cannot be defeated. On the other hand, he sees the unserious stances of either the Ukrainian or European leaderships.”
In response to a question, Dr. Nabil Abdul Razak said: “There is an acceptable language between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on many regional issues,” considering that “Erdogan will understand Russia’s demands concerning the situation in Ukraine.”
Regarding the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov about Ukrainian losses and the number of bodies exchanged between the two countries, Abdul Razak said these “astonishing numbers of the dead will significantly impact public opinion in Ukraine. It is a smart move by Lavrov to mobilize public opinion in Ukraine, Europe, and the world, as it is illogical for this battle to continue.”
