UAE residents now have the convenience of replacing or renewing their Emirates ID Card with just a single step, as announced by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP). The ICP stated that the card’s validity will be automatically set during renewal, depending on the holder’s age, similar to how passport services operate.
