On Monday, US President Donald Trump welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to the White House for crucial discussions about a potential peace agreement with Russia.
“We love them,” Trump stated to reporters when inquired about his message to the Ukrainian people after greeting Zelensky with a handshake.
Trump also praised Zelensky’s stylish black jacket, a wardrobe choice that previously drew criticism from right-wing media when the Ukrainian leader opted not to wear a suit during a contentious visit in February.
