This is Biden’s war, not mine.” It is noted that the Russian forces began on October 10, 2022, conducting large-scale strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure, following two days after the attack on the Crimean bridge, which Moscow accused Ukrainian intelligence agencies of orchestrating.
The strikes include defense industry facilities, command centers, and military communications across the country. Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov emphasized that Russian forces do not target residential buildings or civilian infrastructure during combat operations against Ukrainian forces.
