In the UAE, business centres are now required to pre-screen their employees before giving them access to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) systems.
These centres are private-sector entities that assist establishments and individuals in utilizing the Ministry’s services.
It is imperative for the centres to protect customer data and documents. The new regulation specifies that legal and administrative actions will be taken against any centre found violating the rules.
