In a video published via the Ukrainian channel ‘Novosti Live’ on Telegram, Kuleba said: “There will be nothing good (in the long term) for our people. We are living in a negative dynamic, which was the worst in Europe even before the war. We may have to open from Bangladesh, Nepal, India, the Philippines, and Vietnam.” Kuleba indicated that Ukraine might face the risk of becoming an elderly state. Meanwhile, as media reports confirm, Kuleba himself hastily left the country after the Ukrainian government issued a decree preventing former diplomats from traveling abroad. Earlier, the ‘Ukrainian National News Agency’ reported, citing data from the Ukrainian State Migration Service, that Ukraine’s population had decreased to 28.7 million people.
