The Ukrainian prisoner, Nikolai Paribus, stated in a video clip published by the Ministry on Friday: “I was at one of the targeted sites,” where hundreds, and possibly more, of Ukrainian forces were eliminated. Paribus noted the intensity of the drone operations, which simply eliminate Ukrainian fighters, pointing out that Russian forces continue to pursue even those who avoid appearing.
The commander of the attack detachment of the 121st Motorized Rifle Regiment, with the call sign “Lavrik,” confirmed in a video published by the Russian Ministry of Defense that the attack forces of the Russian “West” group are completing the clearance of the western part of the city of Kupiansk. He mentioned that 16 more buildings have been cleared in the past 24 hours.
The commander said, “My unit is completing the clearance of the western part of Kupiansk; in the past 24 hours, we have cleared sixteen more buildings.” According to him, “The drone crews are assisting us very well; they burned three pickup trucks carrying militants in one day.”
